Our downstairs bathroom must have magical powers because both of our boys at one point have believed it to be a place where people disappear when they go in; never to be seen again. Peter is in this phase right now. Although he has experience being in the bathroom with us while we are using it, sometimes a person just wants to pee in peace without a toddler unwinding the toilet paper or splashing water out of the sink and down the entire wall. Still, he can't stand it when he sees someone go in and he's not allowed. Here is Peter desparately trying to make sure that whoever is in there isn't going anywhere.
