Learning to Play, Playing to Learn: Our Trip to the Minnesota Children's Museum

While Grandma Helms was visiting, we took her to play at the Minnesota Children's Museum. Here are some highlights of one of our favorite spots in the Twin Cities.

Jacob polishing his cash register skills at the pretend grocery store.

Jacob and Peter making a music video.

Peter jamming out on the pretend guitar.

Grandma Helms and Peter doing an art project together.

Playing in the sandbox on on the rooftop. Peter doesn't mind getting a little dirty. Jacob touched the sand and asked to wash his hands immediately.

Daddy got some big bubbles going at the bubble table. Jacob was so excited in this picture!

Leah enjoyed the Once Upon a Fairy Tale exhibit as she pretended to be little Thumbelina who lived in a flower.
