Recently the boys have discovered one of their dad's favorite t.v. channels: The Science Channel and more specifically the show on it called How It's Made that shows how everyday things are made. For example, one particular episode featured giant valves, sardines, and disposable diapers ( I know this by heart because we watched it over and over and over). This episode sparked Jacob's desire to buy sardines at the grocery store AND he ate them! (This from a kid who has barely touched fish most of his life until now.)
Another episode featured how stetson hats are made. The boys were really excited one night when dad broke out his Bowler hat from the closet and let them try it on. Here are some pictures. I can't believe how much like their father they are turning out to be. They just need an oversized dress shirt and tie to complete their little man looks.
