Here a picture of the kids on our return trip from NC checking out of the "H" hotel. According to them, all hotels are named by the letter by which they start. This was the Hampton Inn in Madison, WI where we stopped after driving 18 hours from Charlotte that morning. Staying in hotels was probably the kids' #1 motivator for enduring the long hours in the car. They love the tv right in the front of the bed with all the Disney Channel they can watch, the ice buckets, coffee maker in the room, and the room key cards. They are already asking when they can stay in another hotel. Hopefully, a car ride as long as that one will not have preceded it!
